I ordered from ldwest.com and everything went normal. Checkout looked fine and my payment went through without any problems. I just wish they had clearer info about how they keep customer data safe because that part felt a little vague to me. Nothing bad happened and I didn’t run into any issues but I still felt a bit unsure. I’d give it 3 stars.

I liked the look of it at first, but actually using it every day was kind of a hassle. My phone and wallet never really sat right, and the straps kept bothering me for whatever reason. Maybe it works better depending on what you’re carrying, but I ended up not using it much after a little while.

I took a look at ldwest.com, and while the site is clean enough, something about it feels a little off to me. The products have that simple, practical look, but in the photos they also come across kind of bulky. I get what they’re going for, but the overall style just isn’t really my thing. It’s not bad by any means, just not something I’d personally be excited to wear...

I expected way more for the price. It looks nice in the pictures, but once I started using it every day, it just felt flimsy and cheap. The material started looking worn way too quickly, and the stitching doesn’t give me much confidence either. I don’t have the patience for something that starts feeling worn out this fast. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again

The site was mostly easy to get around, and I found what I needed without much trouble (which is always a plus). A couple of pages did load a bit slowly for me, though, so it wasn’t totally smooth. Overall, not a bad experience, just could use a little fine-tuning.

For several days it seemed like nothing was happening, and I had to keep checking the tracking myself to figure out where the order was. That gets frustrating fast when you’ve already paid and there’s no clear communication about why it’s taking so long.

The product might be perfectly fine, but the whole waiting game kind of ruined the experience for me. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something within a reasonable timeframe.

I reached out for help and got nothing back!! No reply, no support, nothing. Frustrating experience overall...

It looks really nice, and I wanted to like it, but I’m not sure it’s practical enough. I can barely fit my phone, wallet, and keys in there, and then it feels full. Maybe I just carry too much, but the storage feels a bit too limited for everyday use.

I really wanted to like the LD West holster, I did. But once I actually wore it out, it just wasn’t that comfortable on me. After a short walk, the straps started rubbing, and under my jacket it felt bulkier than I expected.
Maybe it fits better for other people, but for daily use, it was more annoying than useful for me. I kept messing with it and adjusting it all day, so comfort-wise, I wouldn’t say it was worth it.

The return itself was straightforward and I didn’t really have any issues with that part, but the exchange ended up taking longer than I expected and I kept checking for updates because I thought it would move along a bit faster, so overall it was okay, just not quite as quick as I was hoping.

The holster fits alright once you finally get it adjusted, but it took me a good while to find a setup that felt comfortable. The straps still shift around a little during the day, which gets annoying. I also had to contact support and got transferred around before getting any real help, so that didn’t make the experience better. It’s not a bad holster overall, just not as easy to get right as I was hoping.

I was let down by this. It came charged and ready to use, and I didn’t have any concerns about updates or setup, but once I actually tried it, it just didn’t feel worth the price. The concept is good, but the quality and comfort weren’t what I expected for something this expensive. I wouldn’t buy it again

I was hoping this would work, but my phone just didn’t fit right in it. Kind of frustrating because I had already pictured using it, then nope — back to square one. Maybe it fits other models better, but for mine it was basically a waste of time
